All About Mrs. McFarland and Ms. Coviello
My name is Julie McFarland and I am originally from Dalton, Georgia. I am a graduate of Northwest Whitfield High School, part of the Whitfield County School System. I received my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia, my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University, and my Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Berry College. The 2020-2021 school year will be my 13th year teaching and my sixth year in Cobb County. My teaching experience has been with K-1 and Special Education.
My husband, Nathan, and I have a beautiful five-year-old daughter named Ayla. I love the Georgia Bulldogs, working in our yard, and being with my family. |
Hello, my name is Lexie Coviello and I will be Mrs. McFarland’s paraprofessional this year! This will be my fourth year working at Still, but my time at Still goes all the way back to when I was a Kindergartener! I was born and raised here in Powder Springs and my siblings and I all attended Still. I am currently attending the University of Georgia, online, and am enrolled in the Double Dawg program to achieve my Bachelor and Masters degree in Special Education.
My boyfriend, Macen, and I have two golden retrievers that we love and adore so much! We love to spend our time going on hikes, taking pictures, spending time with friends and family, watching movies, and reading.
Things may look a little different this year, but I am excited to make the very best of it! I can not wait to work alongside Mrs. McFarland and meet all of you! Here is to a great 2020-2021 school year!
